a unique, healing, and therapeutic Sound Journey

Harmony Within offers a unique sound experience. Our evolving sound journey events utilize a variety of instruments such as the magical crystal singing bowls, a powerful hypnotic wind gong, several enchanting bells and chimes, the mesmerizing shamanic frame drum and the soothing melodies of the Native American flutes. In addition to these physical instruments, we also incorporate recorded sounds from nature and our voices.

Jason LaWind is the owner of Mindful Music, a business dedicated to the care and maintenance of pianos. With over two decades of experience as a Piano Technician, Jason has the privilege of tuning and servicing a wide array of pianos in homes, churches, schools, and music venues throughout southern, coastal and the lake regions of Maine. Jason’s immense love of music led him to pursue his studies at the University of Southern Maine where he earned a bachelor’s degree in music education and Saxophone performance in 2003. Beyond his musical interests, Jason’s heart beats to the rhythm of yoga, Eastern philosophies, and a profound connection to nature. Jason’s history and interests have harmoniously led him to the fascinating and sacred world of Sound Healing. He has discovered an unwavering passion and an insatiable eagerness to share the soul-stirring power of Sound Journeys and Sound Healing with others. And so, with immense joy, Jason finds himself united with his divine and beautiful wife, Rebecca, in their joint venture, Harmony Within. Together, they orchestrate unique sound experiences designed to stimulate the body's innate healing mechanisms, nurture spiritual harmony, and facilitate a deep state of tranquility and deep relaxation.
Rebecca LaWind owns Ways to Wellness Center in Windham, Maine, where she has practiced as a holistic Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor for over twenty years. Her center aims to provide a peaceful, mindful space that encourages relaxation and spiritual connection. Rebecca operates from a shared studio at 889 Roosevelt Trail in Windham, and from her riverside home in the same town. Additionally, she is a member of The Healing Tribe, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free massage therapy to those suffering from physical or emotional pain.
Driven by a lifelong love for holistic healing, Rebecca has embraced the magical world of Sound Healings. The profound joy and honor she feels in sharing these resonant vibrations with others have only deepened since partnering with her beloved husband, Jason. Together, they create enchanting Sound Journey experiences called Harmony Within, designed to soothe, inspire, and elevate the soul.
Beyond her professional life, Rebecca's world is beautifully anchored by her role as a mother to Zocia and Ben, where she finds her greatest joy and fulfillment, weaving love and care into the fabric of her family life.
At the heart of Harmony Within, Jason and Rebecca weave a shared presence that is both grounding and transformative. Jason carries a bold, initiating spirit—guided by intuition, depth, and a devotion to growth—bringing a steady flame that invites movement, courage, and inner exploration. Rebecca embodies a deeply nurturing and intuitive essence, offering a safe and compassionate space where emotions are honored, held, and gently integrated. Together, their energies form a harmonious balance of fire and water—activation and surrender, clarity and feeling—creating a sanctuary where participants are invited to soften, open, and reconnect with their inner landscape. Their work is not about guiding from above, but about holding a shared field of presence where each individual’s journey can unfold naturally, supported by sound, stillness, and heartfelt intention.
